Security Operations & Solutions, Inc. (S.O.S.) is located in Cocoa, Florida and is a State of Florida licensed security guard agency, License #B98-00160. The organization was founded in 1998 on the combined 100 years of professional security management and law enforcement experience gained from the Department of Defense contract at Cape Canaveral Air Station. This DOD contract was with Johnson Controls World Services, Inc., at the time, the largest contract security police force in the United States. Upon termination of this 45-year contract at Cape Canaveral Air Station, S.O.S. was formed.
The management team of S.O.S. is comprised of former Chief, Security Police; Chief, Security Enforcement, Criminal Investigations; and Resource Protection Specialist. Together, they bring experience within police organizations and operations (armed/unarmed security, law enforcement, armed response forces), training, quality control, criminal investigations and crime/loss prevention programs.

All services are provided out of the corporate headquarters located in Cocoa, Florida. The facility is easily accessible, has substantial parking, and is centrally located within Brevard County, Florida.
S.O.S. furnishes state certified security officers to customers for the protection of persons and/or property. These security officers provide surveillance and access control to facilities and areas, security support at special events including crowd control, vehicle parking details, and for escorting uncleared persons in DOD Restricted Areas.
